No lists, no newsletters you didn't ask for, no data sold or brokered. Not to anyone, ever. If a partner needs a record to deliver your service, it stays within the group.
Service data is backed up offsite and encrypted. Restore granularity and retention follow your plan: every plan carries its own features.
